RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintains and builds account relationships with tissue recovery agencies including recovery, call centers, and quality leaders and contacts, as well as other key leaders within the partner organizations.
2. Monitors and influences performance of the company’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while maintaining partner satisfaction.
3. Incorporates Voice of the Customer into approach and delights Tissue Recovery Partners with service excellence while responding to queries.
4. Main point of contact for Tissue Recovery Partners within Evergen and coordinates day-to-day relationships with existing Tissue Recovery Partners, including events, on-site meetings, key annual meetings, and public relations events.
5. Collaborates with Donor Services Clinical Services team to provide training on the processes of Evergen to promote collaboration and ensure smooth organizational interactions.
6. Manages specific programs, projects, and initiatives to further the mission and values of Evergen.
7. Provides and develops statistical reports for each Tissue Recovery Partner to promote the continuous development of their tissue program and reviews the data quarterly with executive and operational partner leaders.
8. Partners with intra-company cross functional teams to resolve any issues or complaints identified by the Tissue Recovery Partners.
9. Contributes to the development of business plans to maximize donation to the company’s specifications through the Tissue Recovery Partnerships according to terms of shared agreements.
10. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
* Bachelor’s Degree
Experience:
* 5+ years of experience in tissue banking or related industry.
Certification:
* CTBS Certified Tissue Banking Specialist Preferred
Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Microsoft Office Suite.
* Donor Screening.
* Relationship Building.
* Project Management.
Travel:
* Minimum 40%
SAFETY
Physical Requirement:
* Move or lift objects up to 25 pounds.
* Frequent (>75%) stationary position (standing or sitting) while utilizing digital displays.
* Frequent (>75%) fine manipulation using hands and fingers (typing, opening, writing, clicking, paper sorting, etc.).
Working Environment:
* Home office environment with minimum distractions.
* Able to work from varied environments while traveling for account development.
