Vision Personnel is working with an existing client, who's looking for a Maintenance Contracts/Account Manager. Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in reactive maintenance or construction Proficiency in CAFM systems (e.g., Access Maintain, Verisae) Strong customer service focus with quoting/estimating experience Excellent communication across all levels Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel; willingness to learn new systems Reliable, punctual, with strong time management skills Skills: Strong verbal/written communication; able to explain technical info to non-technical clients Experience handling financial matters (e.g., invoices) Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues efficiently Knowledge of maintenance processes, technical documents, and reports Analytical thinking to recommend solutions based on client needs Duties: Effectively communicate with clients and manage financial discussions Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly Organize and prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts Interpret technical documents and solve problems efficiently Additional Information: Smart dress code for client meetings Office-based with site visits (80/20 split) May involve overnight stays and attendance at client functions (expenses covered) Pension and company car allowance negotiable Contact Luca on (phone number removed) to see if you qualify for this role
