Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance and advisory services are delivered efficiently. Reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and management accounts. Supervising and mentoring junior staff, providing guidance and support. Building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for business development. Ensuring all work complies with relevant legislation and accounting standards. Requirements ACA or ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience). Previous experience in an accountancy practice, ideally in a managerial role. Strong technical knowledge of accounting, tax, and compliance. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
