About the role
As a Team Leader, it will be your duty to oversee the day-to-day running of the service. This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported.
We are looking for candidates who have obtained an NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification.
There may be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.
As a Team Leader, you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service. You will be paid an additional £10 per session.
John Grooms Court, Norwich, is a residential home for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. This service provides 25 single-occupancy, self-contained flats plus two flats for two people.
