Position: Accounts Assistant

Location: Office-Based
What You'll Do:
1. Invoice Processing: Dive into our invoicing system and tackle the processing of invoices. Your keen eye for detail will ensure accuracy as you handle a high volume of invoices.
2. Payment Management: Assist with processing incoming payments and engage in a bit of credit control to maintain our financial health.
3. Currency Handling: Work predominantly in GBP with occasional transactions in Euros as we look to expand our business.
4. Collaborate with our Accounts Manager with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Who You Are:
1. Detail-Oriented: You excel at processing invoices and managing financial data with precision.
2. Proactive Team Player: You enjoy collaborating with others and jumping in to help when needed.
3. Flexible and Adaptable: You can thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
4. SAGE Experience: Familiarity with the SAGE system is a plus, but not mandatory!
