Senior Valuer / Branch Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to step into the role of Senior Valuer / Branch Manager at our thriving estate agency. Whether you're a seasoned Senior Negotiator ready for the next career step or an experienced Sales Manager eager to lead a branch, this role offers the opportunity to grow and shape a successful independent agency.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 basic (DOE) + Commission (OTE £41,000 - £60,000+)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Director to grow market share and ensure the branch's success
2. Conduct valuations with an emphasis on winning new instructions and listings
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and competitors
4. Proactively work as part of a team to achieve branch and personal targets
5. Lead by example, driving the branch to hit performance standards and goals
6. Report directly to a Company Director on branch performance and strategy
Your Profile:
1. Well-presented, reliable, and motivated with a genuine passion for property
2. Strong work ethic with a talent for finding new vendors and properties to sell
3. Proven communication skills with a focus on building relationships
4. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in estate agency, with a track record of bringing properties to market
5. Full UK driving licence and personal vehicle
