As Standard Operating Model Improvement Business Lead, you will:

Lead the Redesign of the Standard Operating Model – Oversee the transformation of veterinary hospital operations to ensure efficiency, scalability, and service excellence.

Stakeholder Engagement & Consultation – Work closely with senior leadership, veterinary teams, and external partners to align the new model with business objectives and industry best practices.

Process Analysis & Workflow Optimisation – Assess current veterinary service processes and lead improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and patient care.
*
Implementation & Change Management – Develop a step-by-step transition plan, support teams in adapting to new ways of working, and ensure consistent application across hospital sites.

Training & Communication – Collaborate with Learning and Development to create training materials and deliver sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the new operating model.
*
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement – Track progress, gather feedback, and refine the model based on operational insights to ensure long-term success.
We’re seeking someone with:

Veterinary Operations Expertise – Proven experience in managing day-to-day operations within a veterinary clinical environment.

Process Redesign & Optimisation – Strong background in analysing and improving operational workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance.
*
Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge – Deep understanding of veterinary industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

Stakeholder Management & Communication – Ability to engage and collaborate with senior leaders, hospital teams, and external partners to drive change.

Technology & Systems Proficiency – Experience with veterinary-specific software, systems, and technology platforms to support operational improvements.
*
Project & Change Management – Experience leading process redesign initiatives and managing change effectively within a complex healthcare environment.
