Debt Advisory – Senior Director / Partner (m/f/d)
We are seeking an experienced Debt Advisory leader to join one of the leading technology investment banks in the UK.
Location: London
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Independently lead complex debt advisory mandates and develop tailor-made financing solutions for our clients.
2. Top Market Positioning: Work within one of the fastest-growing Debt Advisory practices, recognized as a top advisor to financial sponsors and corporates.
3. Global Reach: Engage with top-tier tech innovators and investors across 13 offices in 8 countries.
4. Entrepreneurial Expansion: Drive the strategic growth of our UK business, our top priority for European expansion.
5. Partnership-Oriented Culture: Collaborate closely with management teams and investors to foster sustainable growth.

7. Debt Advisory Leadership: Oversee the full range of debt financing solutions, including acquisition financing, refinancing, and restructuring.

9. Market Development & Expansion: Establish and grow our Debt Advisory presence in London as part of our pan-European strategy.
10. Client & Network Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, debt funds, private equity sponsors, and corporate clients.
11. Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with our M&A and Equity Advisory teams to deliver integrated financing solutions.
12. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and coach Associates and Vice Presidents to further strengthen our top-tier Debt Advisory team.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Debt Advisory, Leveraged Finance, or a related field within a leading investment bank, private equity firm, or debt fund.
2. Transaction Expertise: Proven track record in structuring and negotiating international debt transactions.
3. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to grow a high-performing team.
4. Network: Established relationships with key debt financing institutions and market players.
5. Communication Skills: Fluent in English with a strong presence in high-level deal negotiations.
6. Dynamic Personality: Highly motivated, solution-driven, and passionate about innovative financing strategies.
