Role
: As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and securing new corporate accounts through proactive sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Conducting site visits and presentations for potential clients to showcase the hotel's facilities and services.
- Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Preparing and presenting regular sales reports to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinating with the hotel's operations team to ensure seamless execution of corporate events and stays.
- Managing corporate events from planning to execution, ensuring all client requirements are met and the events run smoothly.
