We have an exciting opportunity for a Bodyshop Parts Advisor working within an Automotive Accident Repair Workshop in the Southend-on-Sea area.
Our Client is seeking a skilled Bodyshop Parts Advisor / Parts Person to join their friendly team of Vehicle Parts Professionals. Working within a Parts Department of an Automotive Bodyshop you can expect a fast-paced environment and as a Bodyshop Parts Advisor you will play an integral cog in the success of the business.
The successful Bodyshop Parts Advisor will be:
- If you have hands-on experience in the Automotive Accident Repair industry and a strong knowledge of Car Parts.
- A strong Communicator who is used to dealing with both Trade Customers and the General Public
- An ability to provide an excellent level of customer service
- Experience in using Motor Trade Parts Systems
Key Responsibilities include:
- Inspect vehicles coming into the Bodyshop and assess the parts that need to be ordered or replaced.
- Use Audatex to accurately identify and order required parts.
- Proactively liaise with fitters in the workshop to ensure parts are delivered on time and meet the needs of ongoing repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of parts orders and stock levels.
- Ensure that all parts are correctly catalogued and stored.
The salary for this Bodyshop Parts Advisor position is up to £40,000 basic.
Hours of work in this Bodyshop Parts Advisor role are Monday to Friday only – 8.00am to 6.00pm.
