You will report to Energy and Sustainable Cities RBLD for Europe & Africa region, you will be at the heart of the strategy and growth of a major international group. You shall take responsibility for the creation and development of functional strategies, developing budgets, policies and procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Job description Responsibilities Accompany and support RBLD in implementing and monitoring the growth strategic plan Strategic intelligence and analysis, market studies, support in creating budgets and action plans for regions/countries. Support for the external growth process and the M&A team (validation of the strategic interest of targets, possible synergies, etc.). Development of marketing materials, in conjunction with Business Line & Regions marketing teams, and strategy presentations for internal and external purposes Benchmark and share organizational and commercial best practices Provide operational support in regional coordination between Service Line x countries in the region and managing operating model interfaces Participate in coordinating the network of representatives of all Business Line activities across the region. Organization of the EURA ESC Business Line steering committee, identification of topics, solicitation of stakeholders, preparation of materials, and facilitation. Participation in the cross-functional dynamics of the Business Line, which covers the fields of building, low-carbon energy, water and the environment. Profile Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in development, construction, business or related field, required. Experience ideally acquired in a consulting firm and/or a construction or engineering company, in a matrix organization. Proficiency in Excel and Oracle databases. Autonomy and ability to work on several projects in parallel and with different contacts (ComEx members, operational staff, etc.). Excellent written and oral communication skills. Team spirit, analytical skills and tenacity.
