Bouygues UK has an exciting opportunity available for a Graduate Assistant Site Manager to join our South West & Wales region.
We are currently working on a number of diverse projects across the South West & Wales regions, and have plenty more in the pipeline!
We have offices in Bristol and Cardiff but the successful graduate could be based from any one of our construction sites across South West or Wales, so we are looking for someone who is flexible to relocate.
The Role:
The Graduate Assistant Site Manager will learn and develop the skills necessary to support the project in the co-ordination and control of the onsite construction process. You would be enrolled onto our graduate programme which is a two-year structured training scheme. The programme is designed to enhance and develop soft skills and technical capability through a blend of classroom-based learning and on-the-job training.
We will provide you with the support and mechanisms to build a successful career, including support with chartership.
What you will need:
* A 2:1 in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
* A genuine interest in the construction industry
