About you : You will be part of the busy Contracts & Commercial Services team undertaking multi-million-pound projects throughout our estates across the city. Your duties will include; Monitoring of materials used Logging of job information to ensure the correct work is recorded, Regular collections of stock from Travis Perkins (or their preferred supplier). Regular briefings from your team manager HR and H&S briefings. Relevant training to maintain compliance as necessary. Flexibility in working arrangements Customer/client liaison. Completion of KPI’s Regular vehicle checks including vehicle cleanliness. Upholding the high standards of Housing Operations Experience and knowledge in this field is a must. You will need a full driving licence in order to drive our vehicles and will also be required to undergo a DBS check as part of the pre-employment checks. As the work is varied a flexible approach is required to meet changing needs and tight deadlines. Excellent customer service skills, enthusiasm, and a ‘can do’ attitude is all essential as you’ll be our ambassador when you visit our customers’ homes to carry out repairs and installations to the highest of standards. You will liaise with residents, peers and colleagues on a daily basis so communication and customer focus will be essential to the role. Organisational, customer service, time management and physical skills are key to this role.
