Job summary The post of MME is a multi skilled role with a bias towards mechanical and plumbing systems. The post holder will add support to the existing estates team that works trust wide, with mechanical planned / reactive maintenance to Domestic Hot and cold water systems (including TMV/Shower service, Small pipework installations, disinfection, flushing, assistance with biological monitoring, temperature monitoring, heating, make improvements to existing water systems, removal of dead legs, provide technical assistance, work closely with other trades (Building and Electrical). The post holder will also will be expected to use CAFM (computer aided facility management software) The trust operates at out of hours service to provide emergency support to clinical services, outside of office hours.
