The Role:
* Customer service role, contacting customers to arrange appointments
* Providing a first point of contact service for callers
* Offering an efficient, responsive and accountable administration service
* Working with customers and colleagues in a fast-changing environment
* Fulfilling data entry tasks
The Candidate:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Understanding of call centre environment
* Experience of office procedures
* Great communication and administration skills
* Ability to maintain accurate records of information
SUMMARY:
This is a full-time role, working a 37-hour week over 5 days (Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm). This is initially a 6-month position. A DBS is required for this role at Enhanced – Adult/Children level.
