We’re recruiting on behalf of a prestigious law firm in the City of London, seeking a professional and polished Part-Time Corporate Receptionist to cover a 5-month contract. You’ll be working in a beautiful office, delivering 5-star service to clients and guests as part of a well-established front-of-house team.
About the Role: You’ll be working four days a week (Monday to Thursday) on a rotating shift basis between the hours of 7:30am and 6:00pm. Each shift will be 7 hours long and scheduled weekly.
This role requires an individual who takes pride in presentation, service and professionalism - someone who thrives in a dynamic legal or corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and sign in visitors with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
• Coordinate and monitor meeting room bookings, ensuring all rooms are clean and well-presented
• Liaise with catering and facilities teams to organise refreshments, AV equipment, and room layouts
• Arrange oaths for solicitors and ensure legal documentation procedures are followed
• Manage reprographic requests and general administration for the reception area
• Provide all-round front-of-house support, helping wherever needed to ensure seamless service
Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar front-of-house or corporate receptionist role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Confident user of MS Office; experience with online room booking systems preferred
• Calm, composed, and capable of juggling conflicting priorities
• Naturally friendly and approachable, with a professional edge
