We’re working on behalf of one of our clients in the Stanley area who are looking to recruit a Receptionist to join their team. Hours of work would be 08:00 - 16:30 monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: You’ll be the first point of contact for anyone visiting or calling the site. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations with the following duties: Answering incoming telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate team members. Greeting visitors and delivery drivers, ensuring they follow the correct visitor procedures. Ensuring all visitors and contractors sign in and are provided with the necessary PPE. Collating delivery notes and entering information into the relevant documents. Typing and preparing various administrative documents. Ordering consumables to ensure smooth office operations. Providing support to Administrative Assistants. Essential Experience A friendly and approachable individual who is comfortable answering calls and greeting visitors. Strong organisation skills and the ability to multitask. A positive, proactive team player who is always willing to help where needed.
