We are looking for a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to join a top provider specialising in the development and manufacturing of advanced water jet cutting systems. My client supplies cutting-edge products that play a vital role in industries such as the de-commissioning of oil & gas platforms (both on shore and offshore), explosive ordnance disposal, and ship recycling. The role is based in Great Yarmouth.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Lead strategic global sales initiatives within the Energy sector for Offshore De-commissioning.
2. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new opportunities.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies, while representing the company at trade fairs and industry events.
4. Collaborate closely with the internal sales team, sharing vital information and driving the development of a sales pipeline.
5. Contribute to ongoing R&D projects, particularly in market launch and technical optimisation, while engaging with customers.
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Goal-focused with the ability to meet customer needs and address challenges effectively.
2. Able to travel worldwide as required, and able to travel to the office in Great Yarmouth twice a week.
3. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
4. Hold a full UK passport, and a full UK Drivers licence.
