This role is pivotal in the efficient running of High 5 projects, where we deliver truly unique events. You will be involved in the day-to-day support of the events team across multiple projects and event logistics for major corporates (mostly pharma-centric) within a live and virtual environment. You will be expected to work closely with your Project lead, prioritising their requirements effectively, managing your own workload and working collaboratively with your fellow colleagues. The role will undertake projects of varying sizes and involve direct contact with clients, delegates, and suppliers.
Key Accountabilities
1. Assist the Project Lead and pitch team with proposals by researching ideas, offering administrative support, and inputting budgets.
2. Provide support for the Project Lead and team, assisting in taking briefs, meeting agendas and content report creation, developing critical paths and milestones (we love a ‘to do’ list!).
3. We are all about the people and developing ongoing relationships with colleagues, clients, attendees, suppliers, Production and Logistics and support the regular project meetings.
4. Support the Project Lead in preparing and scheduling post event debriefs including client, internal departments, and suppliers.
5. Assist your Project Lead to schedule, research and develop creative solutions / experiential concepts, ensuring client brand guidelines are applied consistently across all aspects of the project.
6. Working with colleagues to create a ‘one team’ mentality, by providing mentorship to new and existing Event Administrators by positively inputting to team meetings.
7. All other duties appropriate to the role.
About You
1. Open to candidates at all levels, but ideally looking for experience as an Administrator within a similar organisation (all activities can be trained on the job, albeit with a busy inbox).
2. Exceptional attention to detail, inputting information quickly, accurately, and thoroughly.
3. Ideally looking for experience of digital landscape / virtual experiences, someone who picks up platforms quickly.
4. Team player: happy to work with instructions, work independently as well as part of a team.
5. Resilient under pressure with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and adhere to high standards of quality when working to tight deadlines.
6. Excellent planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.
7. Excellent enthusiasm, passionate about projects, fluent in spoken and written English.
