What are we looking for?
Experienced Clinical/Educator/Nurse trainers who enjoy passing on their up-to-date knowledge to learners of different levels.
Requirements
Must-Have:
* Subject and hands-on practical experience in topics such as:
* Venepuncture
* Suction and Oxygen
* Cough Assist
* PEG Feeding
Preferred:
* CHAPS
* Ear Irrigation
You must be:
* Confident in your communication skills to teach various levels of staff within health and social care.
* Reliable - we highly value the efforts of our customers to arrange training.
* IT literate - able to use email, Zoom, and online forms.
* Excellent time management - inform us 48 hours in advance if paperwork has yet to arrive.
* Experienced in Health and Social Care with hands-on and theory subject knowledge.
* Honest - if you lack experience for a course, it's best to say no.
* Adaptable and flexible - able to work with available resources during training sessions.
* Accurate in completing documentation and submitting it post-training.
We appreciate that you may not solely work for us and may have other commitments, but we treat our freelance trainers as team members and are looking to grow our team with people who want to support us and represent Caring for Care.
Additional Requirements
* Full driving license
* Experience in health and social care
* Doctor or Nurse with valid NMC/GMC
* PTLLS / AET/ PGCE
* Able to travel across the UK
* Enjoys training and meeting new people
* Ability to work with our processes
