In this role, you will focus on recruiting professionals within B2B Product, Marketing, and Communications both across the UK and globally.
The Role:
As a 360 Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through a blend of new business development, re-engaging lapsed clients, and developing existing accounts. Your day-to-day will involve managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial client acquisition to candidate placement, while actively seeking new business opportunities to expand our portfolio of clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Business Development: Proactively identify, approach, and win new clients within the B2B sectors, building and nurturing long-term relationships.
* Account Management: Re-engage with lapsed clients to re-establish relationships and open doors for new opportunities. Develop existing accounts to increase revenue streams and solidify client loyalty.
* Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in Product, Marketing, and Communications roles.
* Client Advisory: Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies, market trends, and salary benchmarking to clients, positioning yourself as a trusted partner.
* Candidate Engagement: Identify and attract top-tier talent through multiple sourcing channels, ensuring a strong pool of candidates for client needs.
* Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams to share insights, resources, and leads to drive collective success and contribute to team targets.
About You:
We are looking for a self-motivated, commercially driven individual who thrives in a business development-focused environment. To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Proven experience in 360 recruitment, with a strong focus on Business Development and ideally within B2B Product, Marketing, or Communications
* A track record of winning new clients, re-engaging lapsed clients, and developing accounts to generate business growth.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to spot opportunities, negotiate deals, and build lasting relationships with clients.
* A solid understanding of B2B industries, with the agility to quickly adapt to the needs of different clients and markets.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and advise both clients and candidates.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple vacancies and client accounts effectively.
* A passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
