GetFix Ltd has been established since 2014. We are a rapidly growing Mechanical & Electrical Contractor that prides itself on delivering excellence in projects and services. You will be an integral part of a project team coordinating with team members and clients and maintaining the organisation and efficiency of project operations.
Main duties and Responsibilities
* Assisting with scheduling and planning
* Act as point of contact for clients, suppliers and internal teams
* Respond promptly to project-related queries, provide updates and escalate issues as required
* Create Risk Assessments Method Statements (RAMS) and Construction Phase Plans (CPPs)
* Monitor project timelines and assist in managing project deliverables
* Assisting with procurement processes, including raising and chasing PO numbers
* Track and manage delivery of materials and equipment for ongoing projects
* Assist in preparing compliance documentation and reports
* Maintain and update the project management systems and workflows
* General administrative duties as business needs require
Requirements
* Strong Office 365 knowledge
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A natural team player
* Confident with the ability to converse with internal and external stakeholders
* Willingness to take on new tasks and learn
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage own workload
* The ability to work under pressure
* Keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
Desirable
* Previously worked in similar service administrative role with a strong background in project administration.
* Previously worked within plumbing, mechanical and BMS industry
* Experience of using Big Change

Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 Hours per week, 8am-5pm
