A new requirement for an experienced professional HR Business Partner who will partner with key divisional leadership teams and drive forward a range of strategic HR & OD initiatives. We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who will develop the Business Partnering model with a focus on a range of strategic HR activities including Change, Transformation, and Restructuring.
As an HR Business Partner, you will be undertaking a broad-ranging role with a focus on:
1. Employee Engagement / experience
2. Workforce Planning
3. Strategic Recruitment
4. Senior HR support to business leaders
5. Organisational Design, Change, Transformation, Restructuring
6. Culture
7. Strategic Projects such as Performance Management
Candidates:
1. Chartered Member CIPD (preferable)
2. CIPD Level 7
3. Significant experience of HR Business Partnering within complex large-scale organisations
4. Experience of strategic HR & OD including - Engagement, Org Design, Workforce Planning, Senior Recruitment, Coaching / Advising Senior Leaders
5. Experience of Change, Transformation and Restructuring is essential in large complex organisations
Offer:
1. 6 months contract working via Hays time sheets
2. PAYE £34 - 41 / Umbrella £39-49 per hour
3. Minimum 3 days on site in Bournemouth
