These are exciting times at TFG London. We recently completed the acquisition of White Stuff to complement our established brands Phase Eight, Whistles, Hobbs, and Inside Story. We're not stopping there though; we have big plans for the next three years within our current brands and we want you to be part of that. We are keen to appoint an Online Concessions Partner Assistant at Whistles to support us in achieving our short, medium, and long-term objectives in the Online Concessions Space.
Your Duties and Responsibilities as Online Partner Assistant will include:
* Produce trade performance weekly reports across all partner websites.
* Reporting and recording all partner site coverage and managing a calendar of upcoming partner coverage to go into Monday online trade pack.
* Identifying trade driving initiatives to the Online Partner Manager.
* Monitoring stock availability and working with the merchandising departments to ensure stock supports trading calendar activities.
* Communicating trade updates and changes to all partners.
* Set up and maintenance of all promotional sale activities on third parties, communicating to the Ecommerce and merchandising team changes and jurisdictions, demonstrating an awareness of the different requirements in each market.
About You
To be successful in the role of Online Concessions Partner Assistant, you will be an excellent communicator, comfortable building relationships with multiple stakeholders, well-organised and deadline-driven, and be comfortable analysing reports and data. It would be great if you have also had some experience in a retail fashion environment and some understanding of merchandising, but it's not essential. We are looking for somebody to start ASAP, so please apply below and we can start the conversation.
