Salary: £31,092-£33,351 (Full Time Equivalent)

About the Role:
You will provide an impartial, in-depth, initial guidance service for clients considering entering the Trafford College Group, including an assessment of their interests, abilities, and aspirations to assist them in choosing a relevant course of study with appropriate support.
In addition, you will provide ongoing, impartial, in-depth guidance service to students of all ages and backgrounds with differentiated, targeted follow-up support, including early intervention for students who are considering leaving their course/s of study or learning.
You will also provide help for students at appropriate times during and after their courses are completed to assist them in maximizing the benefits of their learning and qualifications within education, training, and/or employment.
To be successful in this position, you must hold a Level 6 equivalent qualification in Careers Guidance and Level 2 Maths and English (or be prepared to work towards).
