Job summary Lincoln Emergency department is a small friendly team that requires a reception supervisor To supervise the work of the team involved in delivering a clerical and reception service in the Accident & Emergency Department. To be responsible for organising the provision of an efficient reception and clerical service. To ensure that patients and their relatives receive a quality service when attending the department. Main duties of the job Supervising the small friendly reception team in Lincoln Emergency department, whilst supporting the emergency department sister and consultants with general admin tasks.
