If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Education Services Service at West Berkshire Council as a DBV Programme Co-ordinator. Reporting to the DBV Programme Manager and SEND Strategy Officer, you will play a key role in writing project documentation under the guidance of the DBV Programme Manager and SEND Strategy Officer as required.
You will assist with the maintenance of project management documents, using the relevant corporate templates and provide administrative support for boards and project meetings within the programme.
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Co-ordinating the collection and analysis of data for the DBV programme, ensuring accurate and timely reporting .
2. Chase, check and analyse project deployment data provided by workstream/task group leads against the agreed actions and project schedules.
3. Building and maintaining effective relationships with external providers and voluntary sector organisations
4. Assisting with the administration of the Local Offer website, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible
5. Providing general administrative support to the DBV Programme Manager and SEND Strategy Officer and wider team.
To excel in this role, you should have:
6. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders
8. A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
9. Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
This role is fixed term until 31/03/2025 – Funding limited project

17. You will also be entitled to a generous annual leave entitlement starting at 28 days per annum (plus public holidays) Rising by an additional 5 days after 5 years’ service.
