Rate: $1,200 - $1,600 USD monthly / $14,400 - $19,200 USD annually (salary is negotiable based on experience and location)

What You'll Do
Client Services and Administrative Support:
* Client Services Assistance: Respond promptly to client inquiries through various communication channels (e.g., phone, email, and SMS), ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and effectively addressing any concerns or issues.
* Assist in CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system by tracking client data, inquiries, and the status of sales pipelines.
* Document and Report Preparation: Assist in the creation, organization, and management of key documents such as contracts, proposals, and client presentations.
* Financial Plans and Reports: Prepare financial plans and reports to support the sales team and track sales progress and revenue goals.
* Task Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to coordinate schedules, meetings, and administrative tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Sales and Marketing:
* Social Media Management: Create, curate, and manage social media content across various platforms to attract and engage potential customers.
* Online Marketing: Develop and execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, and SEO, to drive traffic and generate leads.
* Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential leads, qualify them based on set criteria, and ensure they meet the company's target audience.
* Lead Nurturing: Maintain ongoing communication with potential leads, keeping them engaged and moving them through the sales pipeline by responding to inquiries and sharing relevant information.
* Cold Calling & Appointment Setting: Reach out to qualified leads through outbound calls and emails to schedule appointments and convert these leads into enrollments or Academic Evaluations (this is the initial diagnostic test that a student takes within the company’s tutoring center).
* CRM Management: Manage and update the CRM system to track leads, client interactions, and sales data.
* Sales Metrics Management: Track and analyze metrics such as lead conversion rates, number of appointments set, and revenue generated through sales support activities.
* Reporting and Analytics: Regularly update the sales team with progress reports on leads, appointments, and nurturing efforts, providing insights to improve future performance.
* Training and Support:
* Staff Training: Develop and deliver training materials and programs for current and future in-center staff.
* Support: Provide ongoing support and assistance to in-center staff to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
What You Should Have
Must-haves:
* At least four years of experience in Client Services, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting and Outbound Sales.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* At least two years of experience working remotely with clients/companies from the US, UK, CA, and/or AU.
* Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, including social media, content marketing, and SEO.
* Ability to create high-quality content, such as blog posts, articles, and social media posts.
* Ability to represent the company's brand and value proposition effectively.
* Familiarity with CRM software to track leads and manage client information effectively.
* Strong sales and customer service orientation to convert leads into enrolled students.
* Familiarity with the education industry and tutoring services.
* Proficiency in using various marketing and sales tools, such as CRM software, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
* Willingness to work full-time hours, with the understanding that the workload may decrease over time.
* Ability to effectively interact with clients and provide empathetic care.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
