Robert Half are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a business in South Gloucestershire on the recruitment of an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The business is going through a very important merger currently, and this position will play a pivotal role in supporting through this.
The ideal candidate will have prior project management and executive support experience, able to work proactively and strategically to support the CEO.
Our client is headquartered in the South Gloucestershire area, but you will be required to travel to sites across Bristol & surrounding areas, so you must be able to drive with full access to a car.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include but are not limited to:
1. Organise and project manage strategic initiatives from start to finish including leading on communication work streams and implementing policies & processes.
2. Representing the CEO attending management meetings and contributing where appropriate.
3. Act as the 1st point of contact for the CEO, managing key stakeholder relationships and proactively managing queries and resolving issues.
4. Assisting with the development of presentations, document packs and communications for both internal & external audiences.
5. Organising meetings including arranging agendas, and action documentation.
Your Profile:
6. Prior experience working in a similar executive support position is crucial for this role.
7. Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
8. Exceptional problem-solving, interpersonal and organisation skills.
9. Able to work under full discretion and confidentiality.
In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of up to £45,000 dependant on experience plus a very generous pension scheme, 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays), and more.
