The post holder will fulfil a crucial role in fostering excellent communication and working relationships with the clinical specialities, their teams and stakeholders. To be responsible for our ambitious programme for service improvement and sustained delivery of key local and national performance standards including 18week RTT and Cancer waiting times., The successful candidate will be one of three Service Managers responsible for supporting the Assistant Operational Managers and Operational Managers in the management of the business activities of the Division to ensure delivery of its strategic and operational objectives in line with the Operational Delivery Plan.
Current NHS experience is an advantage, with a strong focus on delivery and a desire for success. You should have the skills to prioritise workload, in a fast paced environment, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and motivate others effectively.
