Job Responsibilities
1. Providing excellent customer service to spectators on matchdays.
2. Monitoring the crowds throughout the stadium for distress or overcrowding and following necessary procedures where needed.
3. Ensuring that all spectators are adhering to the ground regulations and policies of the club.
4. Ensuring emergency exits and gangways are always kept clear.
5. Staffing key positions within the ground in line with the club’s safety certificate.
6. Identifying and investigating any incident or occurrence among spectators and reporting findings to the supervisor.
7. Familiarizing with any safety equipment and how to use it.
8. Aware of key locations within and outside of the stadium that may be utilized in the occurrence of an incident (First Aid Room, Stewards Room, Rendezvous).
9. Fully aware of any methods or signals that may be used to alert staff that an emergency has arisen and cognizant of emergency protocols.
10. Assisting in the prevention of pitch invasion.
11. Reporting any defects or damages to the supervisor that may cause a health and safety issue to a spectator (e.g., broken seats).
About The Candidate
1. Obtained Level 2 spectator safety qualification/or equivalent (Training may be available).
