Main Duties :
5. Scheduled maintenance and repair of building services assets.
6. Respond to breakdowns and reactive calls.
7. Diagnose faults and complete repairs or advise on actions.
8. Monitor plant, equipment, and systems to ensure service continuity.
9. Conduct dynamic risk assessments and escalate concerns.
10. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
11. Ensure compliance with COSHH regulations for hazardous materials.
12. Review maintenance procedures and complete engineers logs.
13. Assist in creating SOPs and EOPs.
14. Available for overtime or shift work.
15. Maintain company brand standards.
16. Regular contact with Service Desk, Supervisors, Contract Managers, and Customer contacts.
17. Comply with company policies and procedures.
18. Report near misses, accidents, and incidents.
19. Notify line manager of any lapses in procedures or control measures.
Qualifications and Experience :
20. C&G Level 3 or equivalent in relevant subject (Mechanical, Electrical, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration).
21. ONC/HNC building services engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering.
22. NVQ Level 3.
23. Recognized EITB apprenticeship (Maintenance and Operations Engineering MOET), or similar.
24. 2+ years of experience in engineering and maintenance services within the building services industry.
25. Fully conversant with electrical and mechanical maintenance activities.
26. Competency in basic IT and computer skills.
