The Role
We are seeking a proactive and efficient Sales Administrator to join our team in Wallingford. This role is crucial in supporting our sales function, managing orders, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
* Preparing quotes, invoices, and sales reports
* Managing and updating customer records in the CRM system
* Liaising with clients and responding to sales-related inquiries
* Coordinating with the warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
* Assisting with stock management and availability checks
* Providing general administrative support to the sales team
* Handling contracts, pricing updates, and maintaining sales documentation
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a Sales Administration or similar role
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems
* A proactive, customer-focused approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
