About the Role This role is all about people and partnerships. You’ll be building trust-based relationships with housing associations, local authorities and other organisations that are working to make homes warmer, greener and more sustainable. You’ll spot and shape new opportunities, working closely with our Partnerships team and others across Sero to develop tailored solutions that align with both climate goals and commercial needs. Location : We have an office based in Cardiff and would expect you in the office on average 2 times per week to engage with the various stakeholders Salary : We’re budgeting between up to £49,000-£55,000 per year for a full-time person in this role, with the offered salary being based on previous experience. If the role is part-time, the salary will be adjusted accordingly based on the agreed hours.
