Accounts + Outsourcing Assistant – Inverness – Top 20 Firm

Responsibilities:
1. Processing invoices and performing bank reconciliations
2. Maintaining client accounting records
3. Preparing VAT returns
4. Preparing management accounts
5. Preparation of year-end financial statements for a wide variety of businesses
6. Carrying out and reviewing ad hoc tasks such as cash flows, budgets, and information for third parties
Qualifications:
1. Be ACA or ACCA Part-Qualified, or AAT Qualified (Ideally with first-time passes)
2. Have at least 18 months experience including accounts, management accounts, bookkeeping, and VAT returns
3. Demonstrate the desire to complete your qualification
In Return:
1. 35-hour week
2. Paid overtime
3. Hybrid working (50% working from home)
