Project Manager – Civil Engineering & Maintenance
We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Manager to lead high-profile frameworks, including partnerships with Scottish Power Energy Networks (SPEN) and Strathclyde University.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead High-Profile Projects: Take charge of contracts like the Scottish Power Energy Networks (SPEN) framework and Strathclyde University infrastructure projects, delivering transformative work.
* Oversee All Aspects of Project Success: Manage operational tasks, commercial planning, and client relationships, ensuring smooth execution and alignment of all project elements.
* Plan with Precision: Scope and plan works with a focus on safety, quality, and budget adherence, delivering excellence in tasks like transformer fencing, waterproofing, and campus infrastructure improvements.
* Build Client Confidence: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients like Scottish Power, showcasing your proactive approach to exceed their expectations.
Requirements:
* Proven background in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction, or Utilities, with a strong understanding of project workflows in one or more of these sectors.
* Commercial expertise – budgeting, financial tracking, and cost control experience.
* Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
* Ideal qualifications include HNC, HND, or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Project Management, or equivalent experience.
