This new Finance Manager position has been created to further strengthen our central finance team. In this role, you will leverage your accounting expertise to contribute to the preparation of monthly management accounts, statutory returns, and budget planning. With a solid understanding of internal control procedures, you will play a key role in guiding and training staff involved in financial data processing, as well as budget holders and authorisers. As a strong communicator, you will be an integral part of our support system for school leaders, helping them to understand and interpret financial information. You will work closely with them to use key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive positive change.
