You can help us fulfil our vision The role ⭐ We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies to drive the success of Stuart's last-mile logistics solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand market needs, define product positioning, and create compelling messaging and collateral to drive adoption and growth. This is an Individual Contributor role. What will I be doing? Market Analysis & Strategy : Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Use these insights to shape product strategy and positioning. Product Positioning & Messaging : Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates Stuart's last-mile logistics solutions in the market. Create customer-facing materials such as presentations, data sheets, and case studies. Go-to-Market Execution : Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product rollouts and track key performance metrics. Sales Enablement : Develop and deliver sales materials like decks, battle cards, and training sessions to equip the sales team with the tools they need to effectively promote Stuart’s products. Customer Insights & Feedback : Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify needs and pain points. Work with product and engineering teams to prioritise product improvements based on these insights. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as a bridge between product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and product initiatives. What do we need from you? Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B/SAAS or logistics industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse market data and customer insights to drive decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging and collateral. Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
