Joining our Success We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Website and Digital Performance Executive to join our Marketing and Communications Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for making content and copy updates to our website, maintaining and optimising its performance to enhance the user experience. You’ll have a key role to play in improving conversion rates on our website. So you’ll monitor website analytics, identify opportunities for growth and removing friction points. You’ll spot trends, using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console and heatmaps to track website traffic and user journeys. You’ll implement SEO tactics to boost organic traffic, conducting keyword research, improving metadata and page structure to enhance search rankings.
