Working Pattern: Term time only (38 weeks)
Hours: 24 hours per week, 8:45 am - 3:15 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
Actual Starting Salary (calculated pro rata): £13,127 per annum
Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments

We are an award-winning academy recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join us on a permanent basis. The role of Teaching Assistant is crucial in promoting the learning and personal development of all pupils, including those with special educational needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing support to the Teacher in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of learning activities
* Consistently and effectively implementing agreed behavior management strategies
* Working 1-2-1 as required to support students' access to learning within the classroom environment
* Motivating and encouraging students by providing levels of individual attention, reassurance, and help with learning tasks
We are seeking candidates with the following skills and experience:
* Experience of establishing positive relationships with students and empathizing with their needs (desirable)
* Knowledge of SEN (desirable)
* Maths and English GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent
* Confident in supervising children during activities indoors and outdoors
* Patient, calm, and relaxed with an enthusiastic approach to learning
