Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to cover maternity leave in the established Diabetes Nursing team This role will be for one year fixed term and predominately be based providing care for people within the community diabetes service. The role will be based within the Community but working across an integrated nursing service using experience and specialised knowledge to provide education and advice, initiation and adjustment to treatment plans.
