We are looking for a Lunchtime Supervisor to join our dynamic team This role is focused on maintaining a safe, welcoming, and joyful environment where students can relax, recharge, and thrive. Your Role: Act as a lunchtime champion, supervising and engaging with students during their break in the dining area or on the playground. Support students with their meals, ensuring their happiness and nourishment. Provide pastoral care and maintain a friendly, approachable presence. Assist with students' physical care when necessary, prioritising their well-being. What We’re Looking For: We are seeking candidates with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students and staff. The ability to create a positive, supportive environment for children is essential. Skills, Experience & Education: No formal qualifications are required, just a genuine passion for working with children. Previous experience with children is advantageous but not mandatory. Awareness of health and safety practises to ensure a smooth lunchtime routine. A calm and patient approach to handling challenges. Extra Kudos For: First Aid certification is a plus. Experience in a similar role is beneficial, but we provide training for newcomers. Working Hours & Perks: Part-time role with 2 hours daily during lunch breaks.
