Are you an organized and proactive professional with excellent analytical skills? Join our clients dynamic team as a Customer Service Administrator! In this role, you will oversee daily deliveries, manage stock bookings, and handle essential paperwork. You will maintain strong relationships with third-party carriers and efficiently manage Customs requirements. With a salary up to £27,000 per year on a pro rata basis, this will be a 3 month temporary contract
Your responsibilities will encompass planning and overseeing daily deliveries, managing stock bookings and documentation, maintaining relationships with third-party carriers, along withhandling Customs requirements
Rota - Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00, Potentially changing to 09:00 -18:00 during peak periods + overtime in the evenings / weekends
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and monitor daily deliveries efficiently and cost-effectively.
* Book stock and prepare necessary paperwork.
* Maintain strong relationships and provide daily reporting to third-party carriers.
* Understand and manage Customs requirements
* Manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Communicate confidently with various stakeholders.
* Prepare comprehensive KPI reports.
Skills, Qualifications, and Expertise:
* Proven ability to analyze data.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel. (Must have experience with VLookup / Pivot Tables and have experience with their creation)
* Experience working to tight deadlines.
