Central Employment are delighted to be working in partnership with an industry leading Sports Personalisation Design-Print manufacturer, as they look to appoint a Technical Print Manager.
Key responsibilities
* Proactively monitor all devices using Apogee or client applications for faults and consumable requirements
* Undertake fault diagnosis and establish effective repairs through adjustment, cleaning or replacement of spare parts
* Develop and implement ongoing preventative maintenance schedules
* Work with colleagues to help overcome new or unusual faults.
* Effectively manage onsite stock of spare parts and consumables
* Trained on, high-volume Inkjet (continuous and cut-sheet), Production Toner, Wideformat & LFP devices and technologies as deemed required by Service Management
* Is able to demonstrate the ability to resolve complex problems outside of the normal fault-finding process.
* Manage, train and develop a team of Artworkers and Graphic Designers
Knowledge and Experience
* Preferred qualification in apparel and/or graphic design or similar.
* Preferred experience working with one or more of the following pieces of machinery Roland Versacamm print &Cut VS-3001, Roland True, VIS SG3-300 or Texart RT-640
* Experience in customer interactive role in servicing of Production Toner/Inkjet/Wide Format printers.
* Hardware and software skills, experience and knowledge.
* Previous experience on continuous print systems is an advantage
