In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our product and commercial teams, ensuring our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems, like Centric, PIM systems and merchandising systems operate at peak efficiency. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Essential Criteria: • Comprehensive understanding of merchandising and product systems • Experience as a Senior or Lead in a Systems administration, Analyst or Application Support role experience • Experience in maintaining 3 rd party business systems • Knowledge of ITIL standards and how to apply them • Customer support experience WHAT YOU COULD ALSO HAVE: • Knowledge and experience working within PLM, PIM or Merchandising systems • Foundation Level ITIL qualification • System specific administration certification • Stakeholder management (Internal or external) • Supplier management This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
