Public Health numbers in the industry have long been on the decline, however this vital knowledge and project collaboration remains as important to the business today as it’s ever been, with a focus on recruiting PH Engineers and opportunities available across multiple UK locations including Leeds, London, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Oxford, Cambridge, Plymouth, Reading, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cardiff, Exeter and Glasgow.
As a Public Health Engineer, you will be tasked with resolving matters relating to public health, waste management, and environmental health, ensuring buildings are not only comfortable but hygienic and safe. Applications are invited from Intermediate to Associate level Engineers, with a strong focus on project delivery, client management, and multi-disciplinary teamwork.
Duties will include:
1. Undertaking a sustainable approach to systems which includes hot and cold water services.
2. Managing above and below ground drainage, rainwater collection and disposal systems.
3. Implementing water conservation and recycling measures.
4. Ensuring pollution control and waste management and treatment.
5. Designing fire suppression systems and gas systems.
