We are seeking an experienced Trainer to join our client's expanding team. In this role, you will lead the implementation of national training programs across the UK and Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of success in a Sales or Product training role from a consumer product and or direct sales business. Details: Title: National Training Manager Salary: £50,000-£60,000 bonus Location: Berkshire based HQ, national offices across the UK and Ireland National travel, across 11 sites with a Berkshire/Surrey based HQ - you can expect to be out on the road 3-4 days per week Contract: Permanent, Full-time Responsibilities: Coach and train Branch Managers, Team Leaders and Sales Advisors to be at their best in the direct sales business. Identify training needs for both the individual and department through the delivery of various methods and via in-house LMS platform. Assist with the design and delivery of in-house training solutions. Provide consistent support and coaching across the sales teams. Ensure all new team members embed learning and transition into the sales teams smoothly. Build positive relationships through effective communication with colleagues and managers and other departments. Ensure your own continuous professional development by keeping abreast of current sales and development techniques and trends What we are looking for: A proven personal track record in an outbound sales role A proven track record in a similar Sales Coach/Trainer role Train the Trainer qualifications or equivalent Ability to “think outside the box” and understand that everybody learns differently. An innovative, fast thinking individual who can deliver results Happy to travel and work flexible to the needs of the business Strong analytical and IT acumen to direct and focus profitable activity. Social media proven success and enthusiasm for new social media techniques. Ability to frequently travel within the UK & Ireland and travel abroad as an when required but not regularly This is a field based role requiring you to hold a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
