Job Description
Due to growth we are seeking an experienced Level 2 Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations across our network of dental practices. You will collaborate with Level 1 support, vendors, and internal stakeholders to enhance system performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
2. Diagnose and resolve escalated IT incidents and service requests.
3. Support dental practice management software, cloud applications, and network infrastructure.
4. Work closely with Level 1 support to ensure efficient issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
5. Liaise with vendors and third-party service providers to escalate and resolve technical problems.
6. Assist with system upgrades, deployments, and maintenance activities.
7. Create and update technical documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
8. Ensure IT security compliance and data protection across all systems.
Qualifications
1. 3+ years of experience in an IT support role (Level 2 or similar).
2. Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking.
3. Experience supporting cloud-based applications and remote desktop environments.
4. Familiarity with ITIL processes, ticketing systems, and incident management.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
7. Strong communication skills to engage with non-technical users and stakeholders.
