We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our secretarial and admin team. The post holder will provide an excellent administrative service to enable the delivery of an effective, efficient and timely service to our patients and their families.

This post holder to be responsible for the typing, transcribing and checking of clinical correspondence and documents relating to patient pathways via the use of audio digital dictation. Responsible for producing letters within the agreed time frame ensuring quality and accuracy is maintained at all times. Manage the patient’s pathway by responding to queries and requests in clinical correspondence. Communicating these actions via the use of the IT solutions provided to communicate with the Consultant Secretaries and Waiting List Coordinators. The role and duties must be carried out in line with all national and local targets and achieve all KPI’s.
