About the role
We are looking to hire a skilled Partnership Manager to join our Funds team in London, reporting to the Head of Sales Benelux, Funds.
In this role you will get the chance to work on building up your own portfolio across the EU and UK in a fairly new started client category within the bank, together with a collaborative team of dynamic, passionate, and driven colleagues. As part of the role, you will be speaking directly with fund managers and corporate service providers together with internal stakeholders (could be senior management) and attending relevant industry events.
What you will be doing
1. Responsible for hunting new business opportunities across the EU and UK in the institutional space.
2. Manage relationships understanding client’s needs, strategy and how Banking Circle can support their growth.
3. Creating genuine connections with many key contacts to aim success.
4. Continuously identify new opportunities to drive additional revenue and act as a subject matter expert to clients.
5. Ensure high quality communication with both clients and internal stakeholders.
6. Understand and collate client’s business requirements and champion this internally across multiple stakeholders.
7. Ensure the right outcomes for your partnership portfolio.
What we are looking for
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a demonstrated capability from an applicable role where you have created an existing network within the industry together with gaining a strong commercial understanding. A background within the financial services industry will be considered as a plus.
You are proactive and motivated in your job, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are results-driven and have a strong sense of accountability. Ideally, it excites you to be a part of a fast-paced working environment, and you should possess the ability to operate with urgency and prioritize work accordingly. Experience with FX will be seen as an advantage.
As a person you have excellent communication skills and value being a good team player. You have a desire to learn new things and evolve. You are also a relentless and result oriented self-starter who goes the extra mile to get the job done.
As Banking Circle is an international company, it is a requirement that you are fluent in English.
